Refund / Exchange Request

Refund / exchange guidelines:

- If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we offer full refunds for unworn, unwashed, undamaged and defective merchandise within 30 days of product arrival. 
- Items must have tags still attached.
- Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
- Shipping fee from the original order will be withheld from the refund.
- Our products are made to order, so an exchange will take 15-20 days to be re-delivered.

- For orders that qualify for free shipping, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- Clearance items are non refundable and international orders are refund only.

All the above requirements must be met before returning your items, we are unable to issue a refund/exchange if guidelines are not met, and we are not responsible for sending the item(s) back to you. Once received, we will inspect the items and proceed with an exchange order or refund accordingly.
